The Wingback Mechanical Pen has been designed to last for decades, not months, epitomising our “buy once” philosophy. Machine turned from a solid bar of aerospace-grade brass, it is reassuringly weighty in the hand with a wide diameter to reduce writing fatigue and encourage time to be taken with every pen stroke. Our aerospace grade metal is sourced from Europe, machine turned by our manufacturing partners in Birmingham, then laser engraved, assembled and packaged in London. Everything can be personalised and made to order. It takes time, but so does anything worth holding onto.

Like our leather hides, it will develop a rich patina, becoming more unique over time, yet can be polished back to its original lustre. The pen including the holder is beautifully crafted and the engraving is almost too subtle for me. The pen is a little short for my hands, but it just fits.
