      The Wingback Mechanical Pen has been designed to last for decades, not months, epitomising our “buy once” philosophy. Machine turned from a solid bar of aerospace-grade Titanium, it is reassuringly weighty in the hand with a wide diameter to reduce writing fatigue and encourage time to be taken with every pen stroke.     TITANIUM EDC

    First discovered in Cornwall, England, in 1791 and named after the titans of Greek mythology, titanium is world renowned for its technical qualities. In keeping with its local heritage, each item is made in England. First the product is CNC machined from a solid block of grade 5 titanium, then hand polished to leave a bright, consistent finish that enhances its raw machined quality.

    LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD

    Titanium is considerably lighter to wield than stainless steel, yet capable of withstanding significantly greater pressure. It boasts high fatigue resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, making it purpose-built for the long haul. Aesthetically, an oxide film surface finish gives it a soft, buttery, silver-grey polish that makes it stand apart from steel.

    The Wingback Mechanical Pen is brilliant. We bought the brass pen for our son and he is delighted with it. Of course we tried it out when it arrived! It is perfectly balanced for writing and drawing and has the smoothest contact between pen and paper. It is a delight to use. It has perfect grip. I would like one myself! Our son loves it!

    It’s my third one!

    I absolutely LOVE these pens! The steel has the best weight to it, so, the feel in the hand is incredible. I’ve had to make my own gel refill for it from other gel refills (dremel), but that’s just because I HATE the fisher space pen refill and D1s truly don’t last long enough.
    Other than that, this thing is a beast.

    Fabulous products

    Bought the Wingback mechanical pen and have been absolutely delighted with it. Beautifully engineered, reassuringly heavy and solid - feels like it will last for decades.
    Loved the machined brass so much I also bought two key loops and a key cache, which are equally well made and satisfying to hold.
    Absolutely awesome products.
