Refund policy

**RETURNS**

Unpersonalised products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for personalised products (for example items that have been engraved, monogrammed or otherwise customised). We do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, impacts and scratches. If you believe your product has arrived damaged please contact us.

**NATURAL AGEING, COLOUR CHANGE & PATINA**

Our products are made from natural materials that are designed to wear in, not wear out. With regular use, leather and metal will develop subtle variations and a rich patina, and colours will deepen and change over time. As explained on our Lifetime Guarantee page (wingback.co.uk/pages/guarantee-and-repairs), this natural ageing is part of your product's story and is not a fault. Cosmetic wear, patina or the natural ageing or colour change of materials is therefore not valid grounds for a return or refund.

**COLOUR/GRAIN VARIATION**

The beauty of natural materials is that they are unique. Before you purchase, please be aware that product look will vary and change over time. Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not exactly match the actual products shipped. Colour/grain dissatisfaction will not be a valid reason for a return.

**REFUNDS**

Refunds will be actioned as soon as we've received the returned item. This is often same day, but it can take up to 10 working days to see refunds reflected in your account. If you are concerned please contact your banking provider.

**YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)**

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund, without giving a reason, within 30 days. This period ends 30 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. This right is provided under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and, for EU customers, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

This right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised — for example items that have been engraved, monogrammed or otherwise customised — as permitted by law.

To cancel, email us at hello@wingback.co.uk before the 30-day period ends. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
