A living material
Machined from aerospace-grade brass rod, each piece develops a patina unique to the hands that carry it. Polish it back to original, or let it age. Either way, it improves

Built to endure
The foundation of modern engineering and construction. Harder and lighter than brass, virtually maintenance-free, and identical on day one as it is on year ten.

9x Harder than steel
A tungsten carbide coating gives Black Steel an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant surface just below diamond, and a sub-metallic lustre hinting at the metal beneath.

highest strength-to-weight ratio of any structural metal
Used in jet engines and deep-sea equipment. Lighter than steel, stronger than most metals, and develops a subtle oxidised patina over time that makes each piece its own.

Precision blasted
The same shot peening process used to strengthen aircraft landing gear. Particles blasted at 100 metres per second produce a finish soft to the touch, darker than machined titanium, and more characterful with every scratch.

1 micron iridescence
A titanium-based refractive surface 1x harder than steel, giving a petrol coloured finish with subtle colour variation in the light.

Whatever the weather
Reinforced with the same UHMWPE fibre used in America's Cup racing sails. Fifteen times stronger than steel, significantly lighter, and chosen because nothing performs better.

Timeless texture
The classic material of choice for Antarctic explorers and military dispatch riders. 100% organic, weatherproof, made in England, and more water-resistant the more it is used.

Tuscan full-grain, hand-stitched in London
Sourced from a tannery that has supplied the finest fashion houses in Europe for over a century. Full-grain hide that starts firm, softens with use, and develops a patina that maps every journey.
