The purchase of your first Wingback is the start of what we hope will be a long lasting relationship with us.
That's why we give you 30 days after delivery to put yours to the test. If you're not completely satisfied in this time, you can return it - no judgement. If preferred, items can also be exchanged.
We'll also replace or repair any product that doesn't meet our high standards.
We want to grow Wingback to be a 100-year-old company and would rather see our products handed down to future generations than end up in landfill.
That's why our products are built to last, made from quality materials that wear in – not out – and we'll always do our best to replace or repair any damage you do to your Wingback for the next 30 years.
Return details:
- Returns accepted up to 30 days from delivery of the order
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Return costs are covered by the customer
- We regret that we do not accept the return of personalised items or “X Artists” Special Editions due to intricacies of artist commissions and charitable contributions.
