You have 30 days from delivery to put your Wingback to the test. If it is unpersonalised and not right, send it back for a refund or an exchange, no judgement. After that, every Wingback is guaranteed for life: if a piece fails through a fault in its materials or making, we repair or replace it.
That's why our products are built to last, made from quality materials that wear in – not out – and we'll always do our best to replace or repair any damage you do to your Wingback for life.

- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Return costs are covered by the customer
- We regret that we do not accept the return of personalised items or “X Artists” Special Editions due to intricacies of artist commissions and charitable contributions.
