Superb

Problem to change refill

Very happy with my pen, but when I opened it to change the refill, when I closed it it no longer worked as before. Something happened that when I closed it the refill did not hold... I am now worried.

Brilliant pen!

I have been using my mechanical pen for at least a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. It writes beautifully, is a real looker and with the addition of the holder is always in the right place when I need it! I've honestly been so impressed with it that I have organised one (with personalised engraving) as a leaving gift for a long term work colleague. I wanted to write a long overdue review for this Wingback product.... definitely a 5 star pen and I have also found the customer service at Wingback so helpful too when dealing with queries or requests.
