Shipping and returns

Every international order is sent delivered duty paid. The price you pay at checkout includes any import duty and tax due in your country, and we settle it with the carrier before the parcel leaves England. There is nothing to pay on delivery, no customs charge to settle with the courier and no paperwork. Orders over £250 ship free worldwide.

DISPATCH TIMES

We generally keep a small stock of non-personalised items and usually dispatch them in 1-2 working days.

Personalised items are made-to-order and dispatched within 1-2 weeks.

UK SHIPPING

UK orders are sent out by courier on a next day delivery service. Tracking will be sent by email as soon as it has been dispatched.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

We ship our products all over the world, almost as fast as they arrive if you ordered locally.

Your order will be sent out via Fedex, and will usually arrive in 2-7 working days. Tracking will be sent by email as soon as it has been dispatched.

All checkouts that include a pre-order product will ship at the same time as the pre-order product. Pleas get in touch with your order number if you would like to split the shipment.
