We are delighted to stock the beautiful Stone Paper A5 Notebook from Sydney design studio Karst, chosen to pair with the Wingback Notebook Cover. Made from calcium carbonate recycled from construction and mining waste, the Karst Stone Paper is a superior alternative to traditional pulp paper. The notebook uses no trees, water, wastes, acids or bleaches to produce and requires 60% less energy to manufacture than traditional paper. It’s also one of the hardiest notebooks you’ll ever use. Its 144 pages are waterproof, tear proof and impossibly smooth. Choose from lined, blank or dotted pages.

The Karst Stone Paper A5 Notebook is available with the Wingback Notebook Cover. Made from naturally tanned full-grain Tuscan leather and heavy gauge thread, it can be personalised with custom inscriptions on the front and a message or inspiring quote on the inside sleeve. Every Notebook Cover is made to order and hand stitched in our London workshop.

Fountain pen friendly

I got a stone paper notebooks to go with a wingback leather cover. Both are excellent products and I particularly like to use fountain pens which this paper copes with very well. The notebooks is really well made and I like it’s environment credentials. This notebook and a leather cover make the ideal pairing for either everyday use or for special occasions such as a travel journal.
