Wingback takes pride in manufacturing the highest quality luxury products, and it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with the durability and usability of the products we provide.
If something about your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day guarantee for return of your item.
Repairs are also available, and we provide restitching of wallets if and when the threading breaks.

Like any tool, your wingback needs to be maintained from time to time.
The beauty of using natural materials is they produce uniquely distinct results. Every wallet and card holder will display subtle variations and with regular use start to develop a rich patina, just like our brass collection.
Our products can, of course, also be restored to their original glory. Use our Wear & Care guides below to keep your Wingback looking its best for the long haul.
Book a repair
We use materials that get better with regular use. However, if any product fails over the years, get in touch and we'll do what we can. Even if your dog gets hold of it, we'll do our best to make it like new.
We don’t cover damage caused by anything outside of normal use (e.g. exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, impacts, scratches or overstretched leather) and we reserve the right to decide what counts as normal use.
Sometimes a cost is associated with this, if so we'll discuss it with you before carrying out any work.
To book in a repair, send over your order number, name and a description of the problem and we'll get back to you with our recommended course of action.
Please note, we do not cover the shipping costs of repairs.
