The purchase of your first Wingback is the start of what we hope will be a long lasting relationship with us.
That's why we give you 30 days from delivery to put yours to the test. If after a month you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange it, no judgement. We'll also replace or repair any product that doesn't meet our high standards.
We want to grow Wingback to be a 100-year-old company and would rather see our products handed down to future generations than end up in landfill.
That's why our products are built to last, made from quality materials that wear in – not out – and we'll always do our best to replace or repair any damage you do to your Wingback for the next 30 years.

We offer a 30 day trial period with all our products, starting the day it arrives at your door. That's your chance to put it to the test. If your Wingback purchase is unpersonalised and you're not completely happy with it, then you can send it back for a full refund. You just need to cover the cost of shipping and customs (if sending from overseas). If personalised, we will refund the price of the item minus personalisation, however we can't refund purchases made via third parties. Any issues? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
We use materials that get better with regular use. However, if any product fails over the years, get in touch with your order number and an explanation of the problem. We don’t cover damage caused by anything outside of normal use (e.g. exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, impacts, scratches or overstretched leather) and we reserve the right to decide what counts as normal use. But we do offer repairs where possible. If a cost is associated with this, then we'll discuss it with you before carrying out any work. Even if your dog gets hold of it, we'll do our best to make it like new.
The beauty of using natural materials is they produce uniquely distinct results. Every wallet and card holder will display subtle variations and with regular use start to develop a rich patina, just like our brass collection.
