Shipping

All orders are made to order at our workshop in London, which takes a little bit of time. Usually all orders are dispatched within a week of purchase, but occasionally in busy periods they can take longer. If you need it urgently then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link when your order has been dispatched. For the latest delivery information, please see the banner at the top of the page or the shipping tab.

After we dispatch, all orders are sent with tracking and delivery confirmation. Your tracking link will be in your order confirmation email. To find it just search “Wingback shipment” in your inbox.

Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected. Everything is shipped out with Royal Mail who are usually very good. International orders usually arrive within 7 working days but can take up to 21 working days to arrive (this barely ever happens). If it has been over 15 working days since your order was dispatched then please get in touch and we will do our best to track it down for you.

Shipping differs from country to country, but we do our best to minimise shipping costs. There is a shipping calculator in your basket.

Almost everywhere. If you get to checkout and can't add your address then we probably can't ship to you because there is a reasonable chance the package will get lost on the way. 

Product

Our leather products are designed to be tight to begin with and then like a new pair of shoes they will wear in and soften over the first few weeks of use. We recommend adding an extra card each day or two until it fits your requirements.

We don’t usually offer one offs for individual customers, as it is quite expensive to design, test and make them. If you do have an idea please send it over via the contact form and we’ll add it to the list of designs to try out. If you still want to make up your own design then please send over a spec via the contact form and we’ll give you a quote.

We have tested all our wallets out with as many currencies as we can find from our travels and are yet to find one that doesn't fit!

Leather Care

Leather is a natural material. With correct care and maintenance, premium vegetable tanned leather will age gracefully, developing a beautiful patina over time.

- Exposure to direct sunlight will darken light colours and lighten dark colours.

- Hot air can dry out the leather and if exposed regularly your product should be conditioned regularly (2-3 times a year)

Cleaning:

Step 1: Remove dirt or stains with a clean natural sponge or soft cloth and allow to dry before applying any oils or conditioners.

Step 2: It is important to apply something that will nourish the leather, protect it and help it to retain moisture. Ideally use a product that contains natural wax. You can pick up leather cream from your local cobblers or shoe shop.

Returns

Yes. We offer a 30 day trial period with all our products. The 30 days start on the day your Wingback arrives. If it is unpersonalised and you're not completely happy with it, then you can send it back for a full refund. You just need to cover the cost of shipping and customs (if sending from overseas).

*Please note that refunds, returns and exchanges are not available for artist series products due to intricacies of artist commissions and charitable contributions.

It has always been our policy to not offer discounts. We believe we price our products appropriately, factoring in the cost of quality materials and expert manufacturing, along with the time spent iterating and rigorously testing everything we make to ensure it's built to last.
