Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the Mechanical Pen in Brass and had it engraved for our son’s birthday. He is very pleased with it and is enjoying writing with it. The pen looks and feels great. We needed the pen to be delivered quickly by a certain date, Megan’s communication and attention to our order was excellent and we were thankful that Megan went above and beyond to get the order to us on time. Brass pen

I purchased this pen for my sons 40th birthday. He has wanted it for a long time, but with a young family, he couldnt afford it
