While I doubt you’re looking to us for reassurance at this difficult time, I felt it important to connect with our community and provide some clarity on how the coronavirus is affecting us.
At this stage our workshop is still open, our delivery times have not been impacted, and we’re working on some exciting new launches for later this year. Public Health England (PHE) has also advised that people receiving parcels are not at any increased risk of contracting the coronavirus.
However, we are a small independent business and could be affected by a major lockdown. Although it is currently business as usual – for our workshop, products and delivery – it isn't business as usual for the world at large, and our thoughts are with anyone affected at this unprecedented time.
Whatever happens, we will honour any orders made and strive to provide the best service we possibly can. Wingback simply wouldn’t exist without the backing of you, our customers, so please continue to support us – as well as other small businesses – to ride this journey out together.
