The Original Card Wallet

Great design and I love the leather used for their wallets. I’ve started out with 6 cards and several bills and barely feel the wallet in my pocket (I’ll eventually go to 8 cards once the leather breaks in). I also have the Cash Wallet and will be alternating between the two equally. Ditch your traditional wallet and go minimalist, you won’t regret it.

Title says it all really. Useful slots but not too many. Superbly made. It does take a little bit of use and pocket time to break in but that happens very quickly. Just have to take a bit of care at the beginning to ensure the edges of the leather inside don’t fold over when closing it. Fits nicely next to my phone in my front right pocket but can also comfortably go in my back left pocket.

Having owned this wallet for four months now, I believe this review reflects a genuine and honest take on how great it truly is.

Over the years, I’ve gone through numerous wallets — from thick, bulky ones to ultra-thin card sleeves — and I was genuinely surprised by how efficiently designed the Wingback wallet is. While it’s certainly not a budget option, any well-made bit of kit is worth the investment, especially when you know it’s going to last.

The leather feels premium in the hand and is a pleasure to use daily — you just know you’re holding something of quality. It's minimal, functional, and stylish all in one.

If you're after a wallet to carry everything including the kitchen sink, this one isn’t for you. But if you need something slim to hold a few essential cards and notes, this is a fantastic choice.

There’s no unnecessary leather adding bulk, making it lightweight and incredibly space-efficient. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are simply remarkable.

After much research, I settled on Wingback and couldn’t be happier. Simple. Classy.

First and foremost, the Card Wallet in Cognac with blue thread looks absolutely gorgeous. The appearance and finish is exceptional, so is the quality of the leather. Usability is second to none. It really does not take much space in the pocket. Sleek and a well thought design.

But I feel a bit fooled from the website’s pictures. It shows the stitching ends going outwards in a 90 degrees angle, what really made this for me a beautiful and never seen touch to a leather wallet. However, the reality is that this stitching method is not done that way any longer. Mine came with straight threads, nothing like the pictures on the website indicate. After exchanging emails with the customer service I was offered to send it back and get it restitched, what would leave tiny holes in it that are unused then. As mine was a parcel to Germany, this option was not really considerable with all the customs trouble to explain them that this product is going back and will come back a few days later and no further taxes shall apply. Anyway, the product is nice but the website needs a quick update, otherwise people get mislead by outdated pictures.

I would love to give a better review but felt like I must addressing this once again.

I'm one of those people who don't take my wallet out of my back pocket when I'm driving and for years this caused a multitude of issues. Dead leg, back pain and of cause a divot in my bum cheek.
Since using the wingback card wallet these issues have magically vanished! This wallet is so small, sleek and sexy that you don't know you its there till you pull it out and remember how much you love it.
It comfortably fits 6-8 cards and a good amount of cash.
It thankfully doesn't allow you to keep ahold of your receipts like squirrel for thermal paper ( you know who you are you hoarder!)
It catches people's eye alot because of its compact size and I always say they should get one after seeing their monstrosity they call a wallet.
The problem with alot of compact sleek modern wallets is that they're made out of hard plastic or metal which is basically like putting Lego or a block of steel in your pocket but because the wingback is made of leather so its not hard, heavy or pointy!

This is honestly the best wallet ever and I can't think of any improvements that could be made, it's just perfect.
If mine ever dies I'll order a new one before taking a breath.
Your money deserves a good home don't you think?

I recently purchased this wallet and had it personalised with custom stitching and my name. The level of workmanship that goes into making this wallet is incredible, I would happily have paid £20 - £30 more. To say that I'm pleased with my purchase would be an understatement.

Excellent quality leather which gets better with time. Elegant minimalist design. Package arrived on time and I am satisfied with the purchase.

This is my first purchase from Wingback and I have to say that I am extremely pleased the the card wallet. It is well designed to hold your credit cards and is just the right size. The leather is so nice and the smell brings back memories of holidays gone by in Italy.

I think I have purchased 6-7 card wallets over the last several years and always left feeling that something wasn’t as it should be and slightly disappointed in my decision. With wingback you will not be disappointed it is the card wallet I have been looking for over the years . Do yourself a favour and buy the wallet.

I am not going to lie, I was a bit reluctant on throwing that much money on a wallet but after very disappointing experiences with other companies I won't name, I thought it'd be better to go with the old saying: "buy once, cry once". And I am not disappointed in the result, it is by far the nicest and sturdiest wallet I have bought. To a fault even, since I end up whipping it out a lot more often than I should just to play with it. My only disappointment is that I have no reason to buy another one, although I might do so for upcoming Christmas presents.

This was a replacement gift since the original was lost on a train. Stunning workmanship. Very happy recipient. Will always be coming back for your beautiful products!

A great wallet overall. It's small and compact, which is perfect for people who don't need/want to carry a lot. Only downside is storing cash, it needs to be folded at least twice to fit.

I am really happy with the wallet I bought for my husband. The customer service team were really helpful in making sure that the item arrived on time - I had ordered it very late for Father’s Day! The product and packing is lovely, without wasteful or excess packaging. Really pleased and would recommend!
