Why doesn't my coupon value seem to match my pledge?
We've increased the value of your coupon to account for the pre-order price on the website. You will receive the full value of your pledge and won’t need to pay anything extra - unless you choose to add anything else to your cart.
When will I get my reward?
Once we receive your completed survey we’ll get started on your order up and email you with tracking details as soon as it is on its way to you. Please allow a few weeks for us to assemble, engrave and finish your product.
